Early bird rate

The early bird discounted rate applies until July 3rd 2009, and includes all social events.

Full rate

The full rate applies after July 3rd 2009, and includes all social events.
Full Delegate - $1,100NZ
Student - $559NZ

Day Rate

$375NZ per day (excludes social events)
If you wish to attend more than one day on the Day Rate you will need to add a separate registration for each day to your registration 'shopping cart'.

Cancellation Policy

1. All cancellations must be notified in writing to:

2. Cancellations received before 30th June will be refunded in full less $200NZ administration fee. No registration refunds will be made after this date.

3. As an alternative to cancellation your registration may be transferred to another member of your organisation for an administration fee of $50NZ.

4. The organising committee reserves the right to cancel or vary the programme and social events if minimum numbers are not reached.
